There can be many reasons for urinary frequency, and most of them are not serious. I recommend having a U/A performed by your PCP if possible. This would show any glucose in the urine, a sign of possible diabetes. And yes, anxiety can cause urinary frequency. Concerning diabetes, prevention is where the action is. Eat a whole foods diet and avoid sugar and highly processed food.
