I ejaculated on my girlfriends chest/stomach.we wiped it off with a wet wipe and a drywipe and made sure nothing went down.she had her pants on the whole time and i never went inside of her or down there.this was after ovulation.will she get pregnant?

It's interesting how many questions like this we see on HealthTap, misunderstanding pregnancy risks. There is never significant chance of pregnancy without ejaculation in the vagina. With the event you describe, nowhere near enough sperm could reach an egg to result in pregnancy. But it's clear you and your gf are close to having sex: she should be on contraception; at least keep condoms handy!
