If your infant has made at least 5 wet diapers a day, you can be assured infant is getting enough. I would wait and see for another 2-3 days, as long as infant remains active, playful, without vomiting or abdomen getting distended.

Breast fed infants can go a little every feed or overflow a diaper once a week or longer. If it is soft when they go i don't worry about it.
