Whether this is "normal" depends on when this started/how long it's been.Respiratory viral infections like the flu/colds/COVID-19 can last for weeks and may progress through various stages/symptoms. Sinus infections and pneumonia could also occur as complications of viral infections.I would recommend seeing your doctor to be examined to make sure you don't have any of these and if so, get treated.
