The entire business about antibiotics interfering with hormonal contraception is way overblown. It is extremely rare -- almost at the level of urban myth. In any case, clotrimazole -- an ant-yeast drug-- has no effect at all. Don't worry about it. And mostly don't worry about any antibiotic interfering with contraceptive effectiveness.
