I have used sanitizer in my vagina for 1 years will it cause any serious cancer or issues?

It will not cause cancer but this is just not a good idea. The vagina is very efficient at cleaning itself and does not require any additional cleaning products, though the marketing people have been very effective at convincing women this is something they need. Regular use can compromise the vagina's natural protections and make you more susceptible to irritations and infections.
