You have to figure that bacteria grew during those hours at room temperature. Bacteria will die at an oven temperature of 212 degrees&so will viruses. Have you been tested for hepatitis A,B&C? Fatty liver? Gall bladder pathology? No alcohol abuse? I recommend consulting a hepatologist or gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate testing to determine the cause of your elevated liver enzymes
