No. Sexual transmission of HIV requires penile penetration. Pimples on the penis make no difference. Don't worry about it. (Are you sure they're pimples? And not herpes lesions? If possibly herpes, your partner is at risk of catching it from you. If any doubt, you should tell her. But still no risk to you for HIV or other STDs.)
