If pregnancy avoidance matters I would NEVER rely on "ovulation" tracking as birth control. Pregnancy has been documented from exposure at any point in a woman's cycle including during menses. Trackers are programmed based on the usual and may help those trying to get pregnant. Beyond that & anticipating menses, I would consider it less than worthwhile.
