At ag "44", a delay in ovulation will cause a delay in the onset of menstruation. It is unlikely that Melatonin will affect menstruation. As eggs age, it requires a higher level of stimulatory hormone to effect ovulation, leading to delays in menstruation. Obtain a "home" pregnancy test to be certain about pregnancy, b/c all "BC" methods are not 100% effective.
