"Plan B" pills have the equivalent of hormones contained in oral birth control active pills, so if not taking consecutive "plan B" pills, withdrawal spotting or mild bleeding may occur, which does not indicate possible pregnancy. To be certain, obtain a "home" pregnancy test if your expected menstruation is delayed.
