No: It would be very difficult to have such an anterior movement of the sacrum to cause obstruction of the vagina. If you have been sexually active in the past, you shouldn't have any problems except normal changes of the vagina related to menopause. The vaginal tissue gets thinner and more fragile because of the hormone changes related to menopause making intimacy more uncomfortable.
