Was this a peak flow result? A decreased peak flow is typically a sign of bronchospasm. Bronchospasm can result in increased work of breathing which can cause feelings of fatigue. It can also cause you to feel tired if your oxygen level is also low. You should get evaluated by a lung doctor so that a diagnosis can be made and the proper treatment rendered. Good luck to you!
