If you can take ibuprofen, this is the best treatment. There are anti-inflammatory effects so this should calm down the body aches from the flu. Heating pads will also help. It shouldn’t last too long after the flu is resolved. Take the ibuprofen with food to prevent stomach upset. Good luck to you!
