You have choices. You can have the tubes re-attached, but that does not guarantee they will work. You can go to a fertility center and have eggs harvested/fertilized in the lab and an embryo implanted in your womb. Either is a reasonable option but one you should investigate in detail with your OBGYN and others. Neither may be covered by insurers as elective procedures.
