See your PCP/OBGYN: If someone, bled for 3 days, that means, she is having periods. The length of menstrual bleed may vary from 2-9 days, with an average of 5 days. This means that such individual has not missed her periods & should not be pregnant. Feeling weak or having headaches or nausea can be due to x factors. Length of cycle also varies significantly.
