Not usually: On the chest radiograph, it sometimes is easier to visualize the left main pulmonary artery than the right. This observation may make left pulmonary artery look slightly more prominent. Some congenital heart disease like valvular pulmonic stenosis can actually by altered pulmonary artery mechanics enlarge left pulmonary artery. On examination murmur would be obvious. If asymptomatic, do not worry.
