Most likely the area of impact is bruised and will be sensitive for several days. A local cold pack in the first 36 hours might be helpful, and latter warmth locally could be employed. If you develop worsening nausea with vomiting, dizziness, progressive headaches, imbalance, blurring or doubling of vision, consider a visit to an Urgent Care Center.

May be mild concussion. The bruise is due to hitting head . If you vomit, have difficulty with vision, confusion , difficulty with speech dizziness, fainting go to ER immediately for evaluation . Please have someone with you today. F/u/ w/ neurology.
