It is not safe to have unprotected sex on April 30, though if your periods are regular ovulation should have occurred this cycle and you may be safe. Ovulation predictably occurs 2 weeks before your period starts, which obviously is to be determined, so there is no way to know when it occurred this month.

Unfortunately, you can not be sure when you ovulate after taking the ipll. And then you cannot be sure when a "safe" day is. Since you use the ipill, the question is why do you not use regular birth control pills all the time, then that would be easier on your mind in regards to worrying about pregnancy.
