There has never in the world been a proved case of HIV transmitted oral to penis. If the test result is negative, the numerical level of the result means nothing. You were not at risk and did not even need testing, but the negative result is 100% reliable. Move on without worry.

I went to spa 23 days back, there is a pimple on my back which is bleeding, the therapist massaged on that pimple with oil, 18 days after the incident I went to HIV test which is negative, but still am suffering from fever, is there any chance of HIV?
