"Duphaston" is a medication which simulates progesterone. If ovulation has not occurred, consult a reproductive endocrinologist physician on a referral from your GYN physician, as ovulation stimulation may be required.

The rationale for using Duphaston this way is unclear, but if you are ovulating the progesterone has a drying effect on cervical mucus.
