POTS girl: Various things can cause these and they may or may not be related. An underlying autoimmune process and to a lesser extent malignancy could cause explain these. Other causes are also possible. After additional lab tests are obtained, a detailed history and exam performed and medical records reviewed can a doctor start to rule out possibilities in hopes of making a diagnosis, if any.
