For reasons already discussed, it is probable your test is false positive, i.e. you don't have oral chlamydia. If you do, there might be little chance of transmission: with confirmed oral chlamydia, the amount of chlamydia is very low and likely not transmissible. There are few if any proved cases of chlamydia ever being transmitted oral to genital or by kissing. But nobody can say risk is zero.
