It is best to be certain what is causing the dermatitis before prescription. It is best if possible to see a doctor, however Dettol bar soap has antibacterial effect whereas the Dove soap has increased moisturizer and Dove is unlikely to be usefull if the dermatitis is from infection. None of them is effective in fungal infections causing dermatitis.
