Blood coming from any site implies tissue injury. Whether tis is from a scratch/tear or abrasion would require a direct exam. Some women are born without a hymen and many injure it in non sexual trauma. You are a virgin until you have partner sex. If the bleeding has stopped and you feel okay, I wouldn't worry about it.
