I didn't have my period on february but it started on mar 3 and ended mar 16. i noticed i bled today (apr 3), which is 18 days after last period. had a dry hump encounter last feb 25. pregnant or menstrual irregularity?

Based on the description here, it is impossible to tell the difference between menstrual irregularity or pregnancy. At this point, however, a pregnancy test would likely be positive if you truly are pregnant. The best way to tell would be to go ahead and do a home pregnancy test. Good luck.
