There is little or no chance of pregnancy; Plan B probably wasn't necessary, but added another layer of protection. However, it clearly is time for you to get onto proper contraception. Usually, couples who rely only on condoms for contraception eventually become pregnant. Careful condom use is only 90% effective in contraception, compared with100% for pill, IUD, etc. Get wise!
