Why do i keep getting recurring abscesses near the bartholin area even though i have my bartholin gland removed?

There could be a number of reasons like something wrong with your immunity, need for appropriate hygiene practices, it may be that there was remnant of the cyst that was not removed that allows for reoccurence. The use of antimicrobial soap wash may be helpful however it is best to have a gynecologist reevaluate.
