The negative Oraquick result is reassuring but not qutie conclusive. That test misses up to 5% of HIV infections no matter when the test is done. Probably you do not have HIV, but you need a lab-based test to be 100% certain. You should not have had a CD4 count; that test only is useful in people who test positive for HIV.
