I had sex 2.5 months ago where my condom broke from tip. my oraquick hiv swab test came negative after 84 days. is that result conclusive after 84 days or should i repeat longer than 90 days? also my cd4 count came 424 which is less, so i am worried?

The negative Oraquick result is reassuring but not qutie conclusive. That test misses up to 5% of HIV infections no matter when the test is done. Probably you do not have HIV, but you need a lab-based test to be 100% certain. You should not have had a CD4 count; that test only is useful in people who test positive for HIV.
