Hello doctor, i was wondering about the growth hormones. im a 19 year old adult and was wondering if im still able to grow because my doctor said that i can grow before 21 years old. what can i do to grow, if not what can i do to grow?

Not likely to grow more but eat well and exercise well. Your expected height is the average of you biological farther and mother. Also so a family tree for male height take average and calculate the SD. If you are above or below 2 SD you would be an outlier in your family.

Growth hormone treatment is rarely if ever effective in increasing final height unless you are hormone deficient (by testing) and have open growth centers. In some it gets them to the height they would have been sooner, but not more, Treatment when available is quite expensive.
