Focus on healthy: Living. This means combining a healthy diet(rich in fruits, veggies, and whole grains), along with physical activity(there is some evidence that Kegel exercise can help with some male sexual issues), optimizing your weight, optimizing your sleep, minimizing stress and minimizing alcohol and tobacco containing products.

If you are..: Obese, have bad cholesterol, high blood pressure, or smoke-all alone or in combination will cause erectile dysfunction. Low testosterone is always possbile and should be checked. PD-5 inhibitors like Vaigra or Cialis can help. See your doctor! There is no exercise!
