Possible: Many people do suffer from both what is called axis 1 and axis 2 disorders but the relationship is complex. Making a differential diagnosis should be done by a professional . People also do often have comorbid or at least features of multiple personality disorders. Certain clusters tend to co-occur more.

Sure: It is certainly possible to have bipolar disorder and a personality disorder. Most likely you will not fit full criteria for a diagnosis of more than one personality disorder... Instead you would have traits of both. Personality disorders and other psychiatric illnesses can be difficult to differentiate - make sure you aren't self-diagnosing.
