Take your antibiotics for chlamydia with some food, as it may cause nausea on an empty stomach.

You should still be OK with your treatment. Just follow through with the rest of your prescribed therapy. Do not stop early and be sure you take all of the prescription. You should be fine. You should be sure that your partner is treated, in addition, to prevent future recurrences. Practice safe sex. Good luck.
