This could be simple indigestion. Worrisome symptoms would be worsening& steady pain with nausea and vomiting as well as a distended,tender abdomen. The symptoms may be related to food poisoning or a viral gastroenteritis most likely. Watch for signs of fever, blood in stool and focal abdominal pain. Stay well hydrated, avoid dairy until well. A probiotic is often effective in reducing the symptoms. If worsening, please see your physician.
