Blood spotting after a menstrual cycle, especially if you’ve already had a period, may occur if the uterus didn’t flush its inner lining entirely. It could also be due to stress, a change in meds, a hormone imbalance, or vaginal dryness. It could also be due to fibroids, polyps, or endometriosis. Always good to have an exam by your primary doctor, or OBGyn, if you are concerned.
