Hi doctor, i am taking prometrium 100mg vaginally every day. i am 33weeks pregnant. does the prometrium medication stays/coats with medication inside the vagina? does the prometrium medication effects the strep b results?(false negative/positive?

Taking intravaginal Prometrium should not affect the test results for strep B. If you are concerned about this test, you should speak with the Doctor Who is ordering it. Good luck.
