Yeast infections result from contamination of that sute by yeast spores than can be found in the stool of environment. You can have a concurrent infestation with genital warts, but their presence does not cause a yeast infection or increase the chances of it happening. The yeast thrives on the moisture and sugar in vaginal fluid. Once there it spreads easily.
