Hello! have had a cold for a two weeks. feel much better now physically no other symptoms, but i still am coughing up thick green phlegm and blowing out green mucus.this has been going on for 5 days. is this bacterial now, or just the lingering virus?

At day 24, a bacterial cause should be considered. Nasal saline spray is often effective in reducing the drainage. Monitor temperature and breathing, and discuss a course of antibiotics with your physician. Strep is one possible organism to cover. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and fever.
