Double vision, intention tremor, +l'hermittes,urinary problems,severe fatigue/weakness, numbness/tingling, family history of ms. ana,esr,crp normal & normal emg of upper/lower extremities. xray=mild cervical narrowing at c3,c4,c5. is ms possible?
