Mycoplasma hominis is entirely normal in the genital tract and not known to cause any symptoms. If not done, you need urine culture for standard UTI bacteria, which can infect the urethra from anal sex. (Presumably you've been tested for standard STDs, i.e. gonorrhea and chlamydia; also consider trichomonas testing if not yet done.
