You should see your gynecologist since this is a change from your usual menses. It is possible something is causing your symptoms and you would need to be examined as well as possible testing (like ultrasound, blood work, etc. ). You should not ignore these symptoms-see your gyn doctor as soon as possible. Best of luck to you!
