It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If it is not painful, you may watch and wait. If the lesion becomes painful, ulcerates, develops a discharge, gets bigger, you get fever, or other lumps appear, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
