Not possible to know with only this info. Location is typical for angular cheilitis, which may or may not respond to antifungal like miconazole. If no previous oral herpes (cold sore) outbreaks, probably it is unlikely now. Discuss with doctor if you remain concerned or uncertain. But don't worry if herpes; oral HSV is so common it can be considered normal. Just avoid oral contact with others.
