Worried means different things to different people. Risk of pregnancy would be low if it was applied before any intercourse, Risk of STDs varies, as it can reduce but not eliminate these in many instances.

Propre use of condom prevents pregnancy but does not protect against some STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
