My brother used a knife i cut myself on. he ate the peperoni, that he cut with it. i have since been tested positiv for chlamydia and gonorhea. could he get infected this way?

He cannot possibly catch your infections in this manner. Your chlamydia and gonorrhea are strictly located to sites exposed during sex (e.g. vagina, maybe rectum or throat depending on your sexual practices). But they do not circulate in blood and cannot be transmitted by blood contact. Also, once you have started treatment, you can't even transmit your infections by sex. Good luck.
