I had the nissan fundoplocation procedure in august. i am having problems swallowing and excessive gas. the swallowing is bad when the food is more solid. what can i do? how do i know if the procedure came undone?

Consult the physician who performed the fundoplication, who may order a simple test such as a "barium swallow" with concurrent imaging to see if there may be functional restrictions in the upper GI tract.
