For this to occur there has to be a communication between your colorectal area to your vagina. This is called a fistula. Usual causes are surgery,trauma,inflammation or infection. Does your history or any chronic symptoms suggest a cause?. Examinations & collaboration between your gynecologist and a colorectal surgeon are needed.
