I had a cmp done and had a few abnormal results. bilirubin was 2.1, wbc 11.3, absolute neutrophils 10430 and absolute lymphocytes 283. should i be worried with results like these?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results suggest infection, a bacterial infection that may need antibiotics. Wish you good health!
