I have no idea what NGU means in your part of the world. Discuss with local team. Never use abbreviations in medicine as that can be deadly.

What you described suggests a bacterial infection in the node or in the pelvic area or lower limb. It would be prudent to see a doctor to ascertain if antibiotics and/or drainage may be needed.
