Glanular hypospadias: This would explain your large urethral meatus. The meatus should be on underside of glans with hypospadias. There should also be a so called "hooded" foreskin, as you are uncircumcised. Also penis often has a little downward bowing of penis (mild ventral chordee). No, urine stream will not erode meatus unless underside of terminal urethra is tissue paper thin & would have done so already.

Greetings! I have a couple spots in side my meatus opening that seem to fluctuate in size I'm worried it's hsv or hpv but if it was std related would it be small one day and bigger the next or would it stay consistent urine pcr negative?
