Glanular hypospadias: This would explain your large urethral meatus. The meatus should be on underside of glans with hypospadias. There should also be a so called "hooded" foreskin, as you are uncircumcised. Also penis often has a little downward bowing of penis (mild ventral chordee). No, urine stream will not erode meatus unless underside of terminal urethra is tissue paper thin & would have done so already.
